Shenzhen/Hong Kong

Yeah!! Hong Kong!!

Woke up, pack our stuff.. and not forgetting to bid for our modules! by the time we were done.. it was already abt 10am..

We went out to look for breakfast.. and ended up eating at another Hong Kong style eatery.. but forgot to bring camera.. so no pictures of the food. :p

But the portion was huge! I had hor fun, 2 bulls eye egg and a sandwich (all this in one breakfast set.. filling!)

By the time we really set off to the border it was already close to noon.. We took a cab to 福田口岸 to go through immigrations and then we cross a bridge and we are in hong kong! Cross another round of immigration and then we took the MTR at Lok Ma Chau (落马洲) station..

We had to change train at Kowloon Tong (九龙塘) and Prince Edward (太子) before reaching Jordan (佐敦) where our inn is located..

- On the train-

Yeah.. finally reached our inn.. We stayed at Hei Cheong Inn (禧昌宾馆-九龙佐敦道18-24号鸿运大厦). This place was recommended by Jia Wei cause she stayed there before..

Its basically like a flat being converted into small rooms.. At first i was a little shocked to see the rooms but if u think abt it.. all flats in hong kong are small and we are only staying for 1 week.. and the location was convenient.. so just have to close one eye and dun look at the corners..
- First 2 pict are Hui Fang and Wei Chen room after me and Jia Wei switch to the room in the last 2 pict.. initially they got the room in the middle 2 pict.. couple bed! but that room had more space to move around though..-

Initially our plans was to go to the Peak.. but because by the time we have check into the rooms and put down our bags, it was already 4 plus.. so change of plans.. we first bought our SIM card and then proceeded to nearby Mac to grab some snacks first.. while contacting lily-san..

We then went to Causeway Bay to meet up with Lily and her cousin! :)

It was very qiao that we met Canderam and Christina while walking around one of the mall!
We didn't buy much here.. just walk around..

We then went to this Vietnamese restaurant to eat dinner.. must say the spring rolls there are shiok!

We ordered chicken curry, spring roll, chicken wing, beef noodles, and another type of noodles (forgot :p)


After that continue walking around.. carry on window shopping :p

Walked till abt 10 + before heading back to the inn.. then it was time for me to attempt to break the lock of my luggage cause stupid me drop my keys into the luggage and locked it up.. and i had just put my spare keys into the luggage.. -_-''

yup.. in the end had to ask the owner of the inn to help me and he used the exact same 2 tools i was using for the last 15 mins to break the lock in less then 5 secs.. -_-''

anyway lugguage opened! *relief*
