Flight Home

14th / 15th December 2009 (Mon /Tue)

Last meal on board our cruise at 4am before we head over to the airport for our domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo.

5am at Aswan International Airport

Our air ticket from Egypt Air.

And the bus we took from the airport to our plane.

And we are air borne over Aswan!

Stopover at Cairo Airport and we had some time before our flight home..

So time for some Burger King!

And then we are air borne again towards the journey home.. View of Cairo from the plane..

Deserts..

1st meal on board the plane - Beef Lasagne with sauteed vegetables

And then we fly into Dubai for a 1 hr stopover (staying on board the plane)

Rows and rows of buildings seen from the plane.. before something caught my eye..

A super huge property! Must be some super rich fellow! Imagine the size of it when it is already so big from the sky above.

Didn't manage to catch a sight of Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world) on my flight to Cairo..but i managed to see it on my flight back! See that pointed building in the distance! :D

And with the sunset as the backdrop, nice!

Dubai Airport from the plane..

By the time we fly again, the sky has darken, and i managed to get one last glimpse of the Burj Khalifa. Saddly, no view of any of the man-made islands..
